Adiell George is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he practices corporate law with an emphasis on representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. His work with companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation, private equity financing and commercial transactions, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Adiell joined the firm as an associate in 2022, after completing his internship at Naschitz Brandes Amir. During his legal studies, Adiell worked at the Department of Taxation and Economy with Israeli State Attorney's Offic.
