Arie specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law, International Transactions, Technology and IT transactions, Investment and M&A transactions and Telecommunications and Media.

Arie has an extensive experience and expertise in representing private and publicly traded corporations in the technology, infrastructure, telecommunications and high-tech sectors in a variety of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on complex equity and cross border IT and IP transactions.

Arie's practice encompasses a wide range of areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, including technology, IT, investments intellectual property, software licensing, joint ventures, corporate financing, securities, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, infrastructure, purchase and supply of goods and services, international and domestic tenders and similar procedures.

Arie has a particular and vast experience in representing his clients in a wide range of complex, cross border transactions involving a wide range of technology related issues, including research and development, software licensing, distribution and marketing of software and applications, purchase, supply, installation and deployment of IT and other technological systems, OEM, support and maintenance, escrow arrangements, trademark licensing and intellectual property assignments.

In the technology and high-tech sector Arie acts as legal counsel for a variety of technology-based corporations, ranging from start-up companies, for which he provides ongoing legal advice from seed stage through and including maturity and potential IPO or "exit", to well established, multi-national corporations. Arie also represents entrepreneurs in energy and infrastructure agreements and issuers and bidders in tender, RFP and RFI procedures.

In the domestic market, Arie represents a number of kibbutzim-owned factories, both private and publicly traded, in local and international supply, distribution, marketing, agency and representation agreements, as well as in shareholders and investment agreements.

Arie's practice in this field includes, inter alia, providing the firm's clients with on-going, comprehensive legal and business advise.

Arie joined the firm in 2022; Prior to joining the firm, Arie was Partner in Lamay Sider Rahat Tsiddon Fink, Advocates & Notaries.

Arie served for several years as a tutor at the Tel Aviv University for Commercial Law courses, in the Accounting Faculty.
