Ariel Lustig is a partner in the firm’s Tel Aviv office. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, high-tech and technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and lending transactions, and commercial and corporate transactions. Ariel regularly advises high-tech companies and non-profit organizations in various areas of the law. Ariel works closely with investors and founders of technology companies in both early-stage and growth phases and guides them through all stages of corporate development, including incorporation, fundraising, and strategic transactions.
During his legal studies at the University of Haifa, Ariel served as a research assistant to Prof. Amnon Reichman in the field of constitutional law.
