Partner Arnon Samburski, a Hi-Tech Practice lead and a member of the Corporate Group, primarily focuses on the representation of early-stage and high-growth high-tech companies and their investors in sectors such as biotech, fintech, cyber, digital health, insurtech, medical devices, online gaming, digital media, and SaaS.
Arnon specializes in supporting early-stage start-ups in setting up operations, founder relations, day-to-day commercial transactions, and labor relations, in addition to assisting them in securing, negotiating, and closing financing rounds. As those companies become high-growth ventures, Arnon acts as an “outside general counsel,” advising them on a variety of legal matters such as venture capital financing, M&A, IPOs, and other strategic transactions.
With over 25 years of experience working with startups, Arnon truly understands the challenges and opportunities faced by emerging companies and works closely with clients to provide advice that is practical and solution-focused.

- IntSights Cyber Intelligence, for which he has led work since its inception, on all of its financing and commercial transactions, including its $350M sale to Rapid7.
- Cloudinary, a leading media platform unicorn, on its ongoing work, including its $110M secondary transaction with Blackstone.
- Adjust, a leading German mobile application tracking and analytics company, on its US$25 million acquisition of Unbotify, and Adjust’s subsequent acquisition by AppLovin.
- Mabaya, a provider of a monetization platform for online marketplaces, for which he has led work since its inception, on all of its financing and commercial transactions, including its sale to Criteo.
- Beyond Security, a cyber security company, for which he has led work since its inception, on all of its financing and commercial transactions, including its sale to HelpSystems.
- Plus500, an LSE-listed, FTSE 250, a global online trading platform for contracts for difference (CFDs), for which he has led work since its inception, on its US$2.5 billion listing and move-up to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange as well as on its US$190 million and US$115 million secondary offerings on the LSE Main Market.
