Ezra

Avi Ezra is an associate attorney working in the firm's Corporate Group, representing high-tech companies (with an emphasis on emerging growth companies) in all commercial and corporate aspects of their activities. Mr. Ezra's practice is focused on corporate and commercial law, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, high-tech financing transactions (including private equity financings, VCs, and others), and complex commercial transactions. Mr. Ezra also provides ongoing counseling in various areas of the law, including corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ezra worked as an associate in the litigation department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm, where he managed a wide range of commercial, corporate, and administrative litigation cases.

During his legal studies, Mr. Ezra served as a member of the editorial board of Tel Aviv University’s Law Review (Iyunei Mishpat), as a judge in the Disciplinary Court of Appeals at Tel Aviv University, and as a research and teaching assistant to various faculty members.
