Azariah Hacohen's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration before local and international courts and tribunals, and under the rules of various arbitral bodies and national laws.
Azariah’s litigation and international arbitration experience spans a wide range of industry sectors, including infrastructure and construction, energy and natural resources, and banking and financial services.
Azariah also counsels nonprofits and educational institutions on a wide range of issues relating to governance and compliance under Israeli law and municipal regulations, and serves as a board member for select organizations as well.
Prior to joining Naschitz Brandes Amir, Azariah interned with the Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration department of a leading Israeli law firm, volunteered with the Brera Legal Aid Center, and consulted private clients on local Israeli litigation matters.
