Azriel Rothman is an esteemed attorney with over 40 years of experience across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines, including insurance, civil litigation (including class actions), environmental law, and torts (including professional negligence, product liability, and employer liability). Mr. Rothman represents major Israeli and international insurance and reinsurance companies, providing advice and general representation in litigation and subrogation matters.
Mr. Rothman has been involved in a number of landmark civil litigation decisions in Israel, including the claim involving the rights of a terror attack victim not only to seek recovery from the National Insurance Fund but also from the tortfeasor’s insurance.
Mr. Rothman maintains an active membership with the Israel Bar Association, currently serving as Vice President of the Israeli Bar National Tribunal of Appeals.
