Daniella Ben Shalom is a partner in the Corporate Group. Daniella represents a diverse range of companies in corporate and commercial transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, venture lending, fund formation, and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Daniella provides ongoing support with corporate and commercial matters to various companies in the tech sector. Daniella works closely with investors and founders of tech companies in both early-stage and growth phases and guides them through all stages of corporate development including, incorporation, fundraising, and strategic transactions.
