Danielle Dahav is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where her focus centers largely around the representation of emerging growth and public companies as well as venture capital funds that invest in these companies. Her work with companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, high-tech transactions (private equity financings and commercial transactions), public offering, and general corporate representation and counseling.
In addition, Danielle has substantial experience in the field of privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity law, and she regularly assists clients with their privacy and cybersecurity compliance matters.
Danielle joined the firm in 2020, after completing her internship with the firm. Prior to that, Danielle participated in the firm's summer excellence program.
