Elena Carmi Katz is an associate in Naschitz Brandes Amir's Corporate Group and her focus centers largely on the representation of emerging growth and public companies as well as venture capital funds that invest in these companies. Her work with clients spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, high-tech transactions (private equity financings and commercial transactions), and general corporate representation and counseling.
Furthermore, Elena has substantial experience in the field of privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity law, and she regularly assists clients with their privacy and cybersecurity compliance matters.
Elena joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2019. Before that, she completed her internship and worked as an associate at S. Horowitz & Co. While studying at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, she also served as a teaching assistant for Dr. Binyamin Blum.
