Eli Klaiman is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he practices corporate law with an emphasis on representation of emerging growth companies and large enterprises. Eli’s work with companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation and counseling, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and high-tech transactions, including investment, private equity financings and commercial transactions.
Eli joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2022. Prior to that, Eli worked as an associate in several law firms.
