Erez Aviv is a partner in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Aviv, where he focuses on providing legal counsel in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate transactions, and a wide range of other commercial matters. Eres brings a wealth of trial and arbitration experience, handling complex commercial disputes on behalf of clients in courts and tribunals at all levels.

In addition, Erez possesses a deep understanding of real estate law and planning and zoning regulations advising clients on a variety of real estate transactions, such as the purchase and leasing of residential and commercial properties, as well as on complex urban renewal projects ("TAMA 38") and urban development initiatives.

Prior to joining Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2022, Erez was a partner at Lamay Sider Rahat Tsiddon Fink, Advocates & Notaries.
