Eti Larom is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice. She has experience providing legal advice with respect to all types of real estate transactions. Eti counsels major Israeli real estate companies on the legal aspects of the sales and marketing of large-scale residential projects, as well as marketing and leasing of various types of commercial facilities, such as shopping malls and business parks, in addition to advising on other matters or real estate law.

As part of her work, Eti represents market – leading companies in complex real estate transactions, including sales and rental transactions of income-producing real estate, contracting agreements with contractors, consultants and other service providers.

In addition, Eti advises clients on drafting contracts, including lease contracts, financing contracts, real estate assets contracts and agreements between contractors and suppliers. She advises companies on sale and purchase transactions of real estate property for commercial and residential use, from different fields, on lease and purchase transactions of real estate properties for their continuous use.
