Geraldine Shefet is an associate working at the firm's Tel-Aviv office. Her practice is focused on corporate and commercial law, high-tech transactions including private equity financings (VCs and others) and commercial transactions. She also regularly provides advice to high-tech companies in various areas of the law.

Geraldine has qualified as an English solicitor and is eligible to register with the English Solicitors Regulation Authority for admission to the Roll of Solicitors.

Geraldine received a dual legal education and is proficient in both French and Israeli Law. During her legal studies, Ms. Shefet interned in commercial law firms in Paris and London.
