Gil Somech is a partner in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir. He focuses his practice on the high-tech sector representing startups and emerging growth companies at all stages, from incorporation through later stage / pre-IPO companies. In addition, Gil advises Israeli and foreign VCs on their investment transactions.
Gil’s expertise spans a wide range of business transactions, including corporate and commercial, and mergers and acquisitions, which allows him to provide ongoing strategic advice on the majority of key decision points at any stage of a startup’s life cycle.
Gil works closely with many of the most exciting startup companies in the Healthcare, Digital Health, Cyber, SAAS, Fintech, and Agtech sectors.

- Advising Gong.io on its corporate and commercial matters (including equity financing rounds).
