Gili Aram is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. Her work with companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation, private equity financing and commercial transactions, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Gili joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2019 following the completion of her internship with the firm.
