Haim Ifergan is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir. Haim specializes in corporate and commercial law, focusing on providing legal counsel to emerging growth companies at all stages of development as well as venture capital funds that invest in them. He regularly assists clients with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and high-tech transactions, including investments, private equity financings, and commercial transactions.
Haim joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2022 following the completion of his internship with the firm.
