Hila Bass is a partner at Naschitz Brandes Amir, specializing in real estate and commercial law. She joined the firm in 2023 following the merger with Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. (SKR), where she served as a senior partner and head of the real estate department.

 

Ms. Bass has extensive experience advising clients throughout all stages of real estate projects, including residential developments and income-generating properties. Her practice covers land acquisition, legal counsel during planning and construction phases, tenders, contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, tenant and buyer agreements, and the registration of property rights. She also represents both buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate transactions.

 

A significant portion of Ms. Bass’s work focuses on real estate transactions within the Kibbutz and Moshav sectors. She advises on unique residential and commercial projects in these areas, including the expansion of Kibbutz housing complexes and the development of logistics centers, office buildings, and industrial facilities on Kibbutz and Moshav land.

 

Ms. Bass also provides comprehensive legal representation to apartment owners and tenants throughout the lifecycle of urban renewal projects, including TAMA 38 and Pinui-Binui initiatives. Her role encompasses the initial organizational stages, contractor selection, drafting of engagement agreements, and ongoing legal support throughout project execution. From 2008 to 2020, she served as a lecturer on urban renewal in the LL.B. program at the College of Management.

 

In addition to her real estate practice, Ms. Bass brings over two decades of experience advising commercial corporations on contractual arrangements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other complex business transactions. Her approach combines legal precision with strategic insight, offering clients end-to-end support tailored to their specific business needs.

 

Ms. Bass represents a diverse clientele, including commercial entities, entrepreneurs, contractors, and private individuals. She is known for delivering personalized, solution-oriented legal counsel that supports her clients at every stage of a project.
