Hila is an experienced IP attorney with significant experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property law including prosecution, enforcement and litigation before the Israeli Courts and before the Patent, Design and Trademark Office in Jerusalem in Intellectual property matters.
Hila’s expertise also includes counselling and representing clients in all aspects of Intellectual Property and entertainment law-related agreements.
In addition, Hila acts on behalf of clients before the customs authorities in detention and confiscation proceedings of imported goods that infringe intellectual property rights.
