Ido Einat, a partner in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, specializes in all aspects of insolvency law. He is frequently appointed as a trustee in corporate insolvency proceedings; he also represents creditors, debtors, and investors in complex insolvency cases, whether on rehabilitation or liquidation tracks, including debt arrangements for companies facing financial difficulties, and bankruptcy cases for individuals.

Beyond insolvency, Adv. Einat has a significant track record in commercial law, civil and commercial litigation, and frequently advises companies, associations, and cooperatives on a broad spectrum of pertinent legal matters. Additionally, he has extensive experience in local government law.

Adv. Einat became a partner at Cohen Wilchek in 2016, after serving as an associate for nearly nine years. His prior experience includes an internship with Judge Varda Alshech, the former Tel Aviv District Court Deputy President.

Adv. Einat joined the firm in 2024, following the merger between Cohen, Wilchek & Co. and Naschitz Brandes Amir.
