Ilit Yaniv is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she specializes in capital markets, particularly in the areas of corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Ilit has extensive experience representing and advising both international and domestic companies on matters related to public debt and equity raising in the domestic (TASE) capital markets. She also provides legal counsel on securities regulations, corporate law, TASE IPOs, and advises TASE-listed companies.
