Itay Deutsch is a partner in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he specializes in high-tech, venture capital transactions, corporate law, commercial transactions, and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Itay serves as a trusted advisor to senior management of public and private companies on matters of corporate governance, shareholder affairs, securities, and business and legal strategy.
Itay worked as a foreign associate in the Corporate Finance Group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York.
