Liav Tal is an associate in the Corporate Group of Naschitz Brandes Amir. He focuses on providing legal services in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and private financing, with a particular emphasis on the hi-tech sector.

Liav joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2019, following the successful completion of his internship with the firm. During his time as a student, Liav was involved in a project that focused on various areas of litigation and class actions, where he had the opportunity to work under the guidance of a Supreme Court Judge (while in the District Court), Professor Ofer Grosskopf.

In addition, prior to his internship, Liav took part in the firm's Hi-tech Workshop and "The leaders" program, which was run in collaboration with the Calcalist newspaper, further broadening his knowledge and experiences in the field.
