Liav Tal is an associate in the Corporate Group of Naschitz Brandes Amir, currently on secondment at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Liav focuses on providing legal services in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and private financing, with a particular emphasis on the hi-tech sector.

Liav joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2019 after successfully completing his internship with the firm. During his studies, Liav participated in a project focused on various areas of litigation and class actions, where he had the opportunity to work under the guidance of Professor Ofer Grosskopf, now a Justice of the Supreme Court, who at the time served on the District Court.

Before his internship, Liav also participated in the firm’s Hi-Tech Workshop and “The Leaders” program, held in collaboration with the Calcalist newspaper, further broadening his experience and exposure to the industry.
