Lihi Aga Baba is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she practices corporate and commercial law. Her focus centers largely around the representation of emerging and public companies at all stages of development and her work spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, commercial transactions, and public offerings, in addition to general corporate representation of clients.

Lihi joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2022 following the completion of her internship with the firm.
