Moshe Elya represents land and property owners as well as major developers on all aspects of the land planning, zoning, and development process. He serves as a strategic advisor to help secure the necessary approvals required for office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, residential, and large planned community projects.

Moshe has extensive experience in a broad range of transactional finance and real estate projects, including financings, dispositions, acquisitions, and leasing of commercial property including office, industrial, retail, and raw land.

Additionally, Moshe represents companies and individuals in the technology, venture capital, telecom, and real estate sectors in complex business litigation, including shareholder derivative actions, commercial contract litigation, and real estate development disputes.

Moshe also leads and coordinates the firm's partnership with “A Different Lesson”, a non-profit organization that promotes equality and civic involvement in the Israeli public school system.
