Motti Assraf is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he specializes in all aspects of torts and insurance law (including professional liability, product liability, mass torts, third party’s liability, employer's liability, constructions litigation), addressing both personal injury and property damages cases. He often appears on behalf of clients before courts of all instances in a variety of claims as well as in mediation proceedings.

Motti joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2011 following the completion of his internship with the firm.

During his legal studies, Motti was involved with “Halev”, an organization providing free legal assistance to low-income families and individuals.
