Partner Neta Heichal-Yassur concentrates her practice on property insurance claims, including loss of profits, Delay Start Up (DSU) / Advanced Loss of Profits (ALOP). She also handles liability insurance claims, such as pollution liability, professional negligence, product liability, third-party liability, and employer liability. Additionally, she practices aviation law, civil litigation (including class actions), torts (personal injuries and property damages), and environmental damages.
Among the numerous claims that Ms. Heichal-Yassur has handled are cases involving some of the country's largest fires and mass environmental pollution incidents, domestic and international aviation incidents, skydiving accidents, and product liability cases (including mass personal injury claims due to exposure to chemical substances). In addition, she has successfully defended different insurers in claims for insurance benefits involving insurance fraud (deliberate fires, staged burglaries, etc.).
In her professional capacity, Ms. Heichal-Yassur advises and represents major domestic and international insurance and reinsurance companies in complex disputes, serving both as defense counsel and in a variety of subrogation actions.

- An insurance claim under a Pollution Liability policy with respect to the incident at Rotem Amfert's processing facility on June 30, 2017, which resulted in the release of processing water into the Ashalim nature reserve.
- An insurance claim under a Contractor's All Risks policy with respect to the oil leak from EAPC's pipeline on December 3, 2014, which resulted in the contamination of the Evrona nature reserve.
- An insurance delay in start-up (DSU) claim due to a groundwater leak in a construction project.
- An insurance claim for loss of profits under an Extended Fire and Loss of Profits policy due to a flood at a subcontractor's manufacturing facility in Thailand in October 2011.
- Liability and subrogation claims with respect to extensive damages caused by the fire in an IKEA store in February 2011.
- Liability and subrogation claims with respect to extensive damages caused by the Carmel Forest fire disaster in December 2010.

- Representation of the families of the deceased in the air crash of a One To Go airplane in Thailand, and the family of a deceased in a helicopter crash in Israel. Both cases involved legal proceedings simultaneously in Israel and abroad, including in the area of product liability.
