Neta Kazaz, an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, specializes in corporate law with a focus on representing emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. Her practice encompasses the entire corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation, private equity financing, commercial transactions, and both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Neta joined Naschitz Brandes Amir as an associate in 2023 after completing her internship at the firm. During her legal studies, Neta was a part of the honors program at Reichman University and a member of the Zvi Meitar Institute for Legal Implications of Emerging Technologies.
