Nir Shuster is a partner in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he specializes in commercial litigation and labor law. He joined the firm in 2022, after having previously served as head of the litigation and labor law departments at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. (SKR), which merged with Naschitz Brandes Amir in the same year.

Mr. Shuster offers an extensive range of litigation services to his clients, focusing on business disputes and complex lawsuits. With a proven track record supported by numerous successful representations, Mr. Shuster provides legal services to corporate and private clients from all industries and sectors. His areas of expertise include contractual and financial commercial claims, class actions, arbitration and mediation, liquidations, and receiverships.

In addition to his extensive experience in commercial litigation, Mr. Shuster is also a skilled practitioner in the field of labor law. He represents clients in a wide range of labor-related matters in all levels of the Israeli labor courts and government agencies.

Mr. Shuster holds a B.A in Business Administration with a concentration in finance, from Reichman University. He is a member of the Israel Bar Association and the Israeli Association for Employment Insurance and National Insurance, actively engaging in their events and initiatives.
