Partner Ofir Cohen specialized in land use and development law, with a particular focus on planning and zoning matters. He offers comprehensive legal counsel to both private individuals and public entities, representing them before various administrative tribunals including appeal committees, local and regional planning committees, the National Council for Planning and Building, its sub-committees, and administrative courts.

Additionally, Adv. Cohen oversees matters related to city building plans, building permit applications, and compensation claims for the reduction in real estate value. He also manages betterment levies, zoning fees, expropriations, and related issues.

Following his legal internship at Cohen Wilchek in 2012, Adv. Cohen joined the firm as a full-time associate upon passing the bar exam. He was subsequently promoted to partner in 2019. In 2024, he transitioned to Nashitz Brandes Amir following the merger with Cohen, Wilchek & Co.
