Ben Haim

Oshrat Ben Haim is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she practices corporate law with an emphasis on the representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. She regularly assists clients with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and high-tech transactions, including investment, private equity financings and commercial transactions, in addition to general corporate representation of high-tech companies.

Oshrat joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2021 following the completion of her internship with the firm. She was a recipient of the full scholarship for exceptional academic achievements and graduated from The College of Management with a dual degree in law and accounting. As a member of the excellence program for accounting students, Oshrat served as a parliamentary assistant intern at the Israeli Knesset and provided math tutoring to other students.
