Considered one of Israel’s leading experts in his field, Rami Tsiddon’s practice covers the sector of rural localities, such as kibbutzim, moshavim, and cooperative associations). He specializes in structuring and implementation of M&A and real estate transactions and agriculture enterprises, including financing, restructuring, attribution of assets, privatization, and refinancing.

Rami has handled complex structural and organizational changes and comprehensive recovery plans (including within the framework of incorporation and privatization arrangements) in dozens of kibbutzim and moshavim.

In this capacity, Rami provides his clients with ongoing counsel on various regulatory issues, representing them in front of the government and regulatory authorities, and negotiating with banks, financial institutions, and creditors for the formation of recovery, re-finance, and credit arrangements. Rami has helped shape many of today's prevalent models and legal practices in these fields.

Besides his expertise and experience in cooperative law and related issues, as a former Kibbutz member, Rami has in-depth familiarity with the special characteristics of the rural sector and the unique manner in which the State and the banks operate vis-à-vis the cooperative associations.

Rami's practice also includes representation of Kibbutzim, Moshavim, and their associated corporations, including several of Israel's leading agriculture companies, in all aspects of their day-to-day business activities, including domestic and cross-border transactions, equity financing, agricultural and real estate issues & land development.

Prior to joining the firm, Rami was a Partner in Lamay, Sider, Rahat, Tsiddon, Fink was merged with Naschitz, Brandes, Amir in 2022. Rami also served for several years as an assistant lecturer at the University of Haifa for Formal Logic and Moral Philosophy (in the philosophy class) and for Jurisprudence.
