Ravit Cyment is a partner in the Planning & Zoning practice of Naschitz Brandes Amir. She specializes in public and administrative law, planning and zoning, administrative litigation, and local government law. In addition, she offers ongoing legal counsel to clients.
Adv. Cyment has extensive experience in all aspects of planning and zoning procedures, including the approval of city building plans, objections, large-scale claims under section 197 of the Israeli Planning & Building Law, major betterment tax cases, and more. She has represented numerous institutional and private clients before various planning committees and in legal proceedings, including appeals, administrative petitions, and petitions to the High Court of Justice. In the past, Adv. Cyment served as legal counsel to the Foundation of Regional Authorities in Israel.
In 2024, following the merger with Cohen, Wilchek & Co., Adv. Cyment joined Nashitz Brandes Amir.
