Rawi is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he practices corporate and commercial law, focusing on representing private and public tech companies, emerging growth startups, and venture capital funds. His work with companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation and legal counsel, commercial transactions, private equity financing, and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.
Rawi joined Naschitz Brandes Amir as an associate in 2024, following the completion of his internship at the firm.
