Rotem Lichtenstein is a partner at Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he heads the Strategic Projects and Processes Practice Group and serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. His practice focuses on strategic planning, project management and legal representation in matters involving demographic growth programs and residential development in kibbutzim. He also advises on residential rights allocation processes and the establishment of legal and financial frameworks for development projects in rural communities, including kibbutzim and moshavim.
Rotem joined Naschitz Brandes Amir following the merger with Shlomo Cohen & Co. He is recognized for his expertise in cooperative societies law, Israel Land Authority regulations governing the settlement sector, and the legal and contractual aspects of housing finance and allocation agreements.
Rotem completed his internship at Boaz Ben Tzur & Co., Law Offices.
