Sally Gillis is a partner in Naschitz Brandes Amir’s Intellectual Property practice, where she represents clients in high-profile patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and internet law matters in Israel and abroad. Sally has extensive experience advising companies with complex IP portfolios and she is known for her incisive legal analyses enabling clients to navigate the Israeli legal system and overcome regulatory barriers. Her opinions are highly sought by clients and foreign attorneys in all areas of intellectual property and related fields.
Sally and her patent practice have been described as “superb” by The Legal 500. She was named among WIPR’s Influential Women in IP for 2019. Sally served as a member of the Ministry of Justice working committees for the revision of Israel’s copyright and trademark laws and is a member of AIPPI. Her publications include chapters on Israeli law in the textbook “Internet Law and Regulation”, Sweet & Maxwell (2nd to 4th editions). In 2023, Sally was recognized as a 'Trade mark star' by Managing IP, a leading ranking directory for intellectual property professionals.
