Salome Mouchnino is an associate in the firm’s Tel-Aviv office where she focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, high-tech transactions, including private equity financings and commercial transactions. She also regularly provides advice to high-tech companies in various areas of the law.
Salome received a dual legal education and she is proficient in both French and Israeli Law. Prior to joining the firm, Salome interned at corporate law firms in France and Israel.
