Sapir Yaacov-Hazan is a partner in the Haifa–Nesher office of Naschitz Brandes Amir and a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice, where she also manages the civil litigation team that joined the firm from Shlomo Cohen & Co. Sapir's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on the Cooperative Societies sector (kibbutzim and moshavim). She has extensive experience handling complex disputes, class actions, contractual claims, defamation and libel matters, injunctions and interim relief, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Sapir possesses unique expertise in resolving disputes within cooperative societies. She provides comprehensive legal counsel and representation to societies involved in conflicts with members, residents, heirs, tenants, or business partners. Her distinct practice in this area spans a wide range of matters, including defamation claims, class actions, eviction proceedings, and complex issues at the core of a society’s strategic processes, such as member admissions and inheritance disputes.

Sapir manages cases and appears before all judicial instances, including courts of all levels, as well as in arbitration and mediation. She also provides ongoing counsel to cooperative societies, their subsidiaries, and officeholders facing personal lawsuits. She has been a certified mediator since 2017 (Goma Mediation Center).

Sapir was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2016 after completing her internship at Shlomo Cohen & Co. in 2015, where she began her professional career and advanced to partnership. She joined Naschitz Brandes Amir as a partner in 2025 as part of the merger between the two firms.

Sapir holds an LL.B. from the University of Haifa.
