Sarai Asulin is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office Naschitz Brandes Amir. Her practice focuses on representing leading corporations, particularly in the areas of technology integration, operation, and project management. She provides a wide range of services to her clients, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, distribution and licensing agreements, and advising on hi-tech transactions and general corporate representation and counseling. Furthermore, Sarai has extensive experience in providing guidance to companies at various development stages on legal matters related to privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity compliance.
