Shachar Hananel is a partner in the firm's Tel-Aviv office, where he specializes in Capital Markets, focusing on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financial institutions, and private equity. Shachar has extensive hands-on experience in representing and advising international and domestic companies, mainly public debt and equity raising in the domestic (TASE) capital markets on matters of securities, corporate law, TASE IPO’s and advising TASE-listed companies.
Shachar has been with Naschitz Brandes Amir since his internship in 2011.
- ImageSat International (ISI) Ltd, a global leader in innovative space-based intelligence solutions, and the selling shareholders in its IPO on the TASE and concurrent global offering under Reg S/Rule 144A led by UBS.
- Amiad Water Systems Ltd, developing & producing water filtration products, in its strategic move from the AIM market to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by way of IPO on the TASE.
- G1 Security (formerly G4S), represented in its TASE IPO (NIS 200 million proceeds/NIS 450 million market cap).
- Aeronautics, a leading provider of unmanned solutions, systems and subsystems., represented in TASE IPO (NIS 460 million proceeds/NIS 1 billion market cap) and in the delisting of Aeronautics securities from the TASE, as part of the purchase of Aeronautics by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd and Mr. Avichay Stolero.
- The delisting of Frutarom securities from the TASE, as part of the purchase of Frutarom by International Flavors & Fragrances Inc (IFF).
- Unitronics, producer of electronic programmable logic controllers. Represented in the reorganization of the split into two TASE-listed companies and the listing of Utron on TASE.
- Represented Inrom Construction Industries in TASE IPO (NIS 350 million proceeds/NIS 780 million market cap).
- Represented Overseas Commerce Ltd in TASE IPO (NIS 180 million proceeds/NIS 400 million market cap).
- Bet Shemesh Engines Holdings (1997) Ltd, Jet engine parts manufacturing & maintenance. Represented in TASE Rights Offering (NIS 140 million).
- Inter Green Ltd, operates as a real estate owner and developer. Represented in its initial debt offering in TASE (raising NIS 172 million).
