Shahar Schossev is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she focuses her practice on public equity transactions, private placements in the domestic (TASE) market, and ongoing counsel to public companies on matters of corporate and securities law.
Shahar joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2021. Prior to joining that, she worked as a legal counsel at the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority (CMISA).
During her legal studies, Shahar was involved with “He'arat Din” - the University of Haifa Law Faculty's Magazine and The Haifa Law Review.
