Shai Cohen is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir where he practices corporate and commercial law. His focus largely centers around the representation of emerging growth and public companies primarily in the hi-tech sector. Shai’s work with companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation, private equity financing, commercial transactions, venture financing, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Shai joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2023 following the completion of his internship with the firm.
