Tahel Oulu is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir. She specializes in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on representing private technology companies and emerging growth startups.
Tahel advises high-tech companies on a wide range of legal matters. Her work spans all stages of the corporate lifecycle, including general corporate counsel, commercial transactions, private equity financings, and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.
Tahel joined Naschitz Brandes Amir as an associate in 2026, after completing her internship at the firm.
