Tal Slabbaert is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she specializes in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on advising companies at all stages of development and venture capital funds that invest in them. Her work with clients encompasses the entire corporate lifecycle, including private equity financings, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and general corporate advice and representation.

Prior to joining Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2020, Tal worked as an associate in the international department of Yigal Arnon & Co.
