Tom Gellert is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and high-tech transactions such as private equity financings and commercial transactions. In addition, Tom provides guidance to tech and growth companies at all stages of development on a variety of legal matters.

Tom joined Naschitz Brandes Amir as an associate in 2022 after completing his internship with the firm. Prior to that, Tom worked as a business consultant in the Government & Public Sector practice of EY.
