Yael Markuza is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she specializes in corporate and commercial law with a focus on computer and information technology. Yael assists clients with drafting and negotiating commercial transactions, including software delivery projects, computer and communication projects, software licensing and distribution, service agreements, outsourcing, and complex IT project agreements. She also handles related legal and contractual issues.
Furthermore, Yael advises software companies, IT service providers, communication companies, and hi-tech and commercial corporations on their business activities, including tenders and public procurement matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Yael worked as a lawyer at Yossi Avraham & Co and as a legal counsel for Taldor, a leading IT company, through an outsourced law firm, Hermann Makov & Co., which merged with Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2016.
