Yaniv has handled numerous patent litigation and prosecution matters for leading international companies, some of which have established landmark decisions and precedents. Additionally, he has extensive experience in handling complex trademark and passing off disputes for companies in the fashion, cosmetics, food, and automotive sectors and has been involved in landmark trademark cases relating to smell-alike scents and perfume rebottling. Yaniv also provides legal advice to companies on various IP-related regulatory issues and practices commercial and business litigation.
Prior to joining Naschitz Brandes Amir, Yaniv was an associate at Dr. Shlomo Cohen & Co, a well-known IP law firm, after completing his internship at Luthi & Co, a leading IP firm, and later served as a senior associate at the highly regarded IP department of Eitan Mehulal Sadot.
