Yarden Davidian is an associate at the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she advises and represents international and local clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, plant breeders' rights, and trade secrets. She specializes in resolving complex intellectual property disputes and litigates before Israeli courts, including in enforcement actions. Yarden has gained extensive experience in intellectual property rights prosecution before the Israel Patents Office and provides her commercial clients with advice on licensing and freedom to operate. Her clients come from a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, environmental protection, IT, telecommunications, fintech, music and entertainment, as well as traditional industries.
Yarden joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2022. During her legal studies, she was a member of the "Women's Rights and Economics Legal Clinic" at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
