Yotam Ohayon is an associate in the firm's Tel-Aviv office, specializing in commercial and business litigation, banking, class action defense, and labor law.
Yotam joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2022 after successfully completing his internship with the firm. During his studies, Yotam was a member of the Legal Honors Program at the College of Management and spent a semester at the Columbia University Law School and Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Additionally, Yotam was placed on the Dean's List for two consecutive years in college.
Yotam has significant practical training experience in corporate law, labor law, bankruptcy law, and public law at the College of Management and Ono Academic College. During his studies, Yotam served as a teaching assistant for Dr. Meital Pinto and Dr. Yossi Rahamim and also worked as a research assistant to Prof. Yoram Rabin. Furthermore, Yotam was selected for legal internships at the District Attorney's Office and the State Comptroller and Ombudsman of Israel.
In June 2022, Yotam passed the Israeli Bar Exam with honors, achieving the highest grade among all 1,500 participating lawyers.
