Naschitz Brandes Amir's longstanding client, FIMI Opportunity Funds, has secured commitments totaling $1.75 billion for its eighth private equity fund-FIMI's largest fund to date.
The Naschitz Brandes Amir team advising FIMI on the fundraising includes Senior Partner and Head of the firm's M&A and Venture Capital practices Sharon Amir, partner Einat Rosu, and associate Gal Luzon.
